Deadline for entries
Sun midnight 4 Mar 2012. Only send physical work if selected as a finalist (see below).

or return this entry form with images of the work you are entering and make payment by the selected method.
Finalists
Finalists will be notified by email by midnight Wed 7 Mar 2012. You will then need to deliver or send the works so they arrive at the gallery by Thur 15 Mar 2012. These works will be hung in the exhibition and judged for the prizes.
Entry Fees
1 Work $25, 2 works $40, 3 works $50, 4 works $60. This payment is made when submitting images of works by email and is not refundable if you are not selected as one of the 50 finalists. If making payment by netbanking please put your name on the transaction.
Format
Works can be any medium, any size, any theme but must be created in the past five years.
Delivery
Works must arrive at the gallery by Thursday 15 Mar 2012 by 8pm. Your name, title of the work, size and price must be on the back of each work. If this is not done the work will not be displayed and your fee will not be refunded.
Collection
Melbourne Artists: Unsold works must be collected from BSG, 322 Brunswick St, Fitzroy on Thu 29 Mar 2012 4-6pm. Work not collected by this date will be charged a $25 late fee. Works not collected by 30 Apr 2012 will be disposed of.
Interstate & Country Artists: We will post back any works unsold COD. Please email your address for return.
Commission on sold works
BSG will charge 30% commission on works sold. Prize and commission payments will be made by 30 May 2012.
Insurance
While BSG takes every care with your work BSG takes no responsibility for theft, loss of the works or any damage whatsoever. If you are concerned about this you are advised to take out your own insurance.

If you have trouble with the form or do not get a confirmation email for your entry please email your details, images of your entres and details including title, medium, size and price together with your method of payment and we will confirm your entry.
